We develop optimal product supply for each market, primarily in printing and industrial papers, with major suppliers in Japan, Asia, Europe and the US. In conjunction with these suppliers, we promote activities from the product planning stage on, especially in the provision of paper to Honda Group companies. For the future, we will place increasing emphasis on environmental businesses, to recycle and reuse waste paper and other collected “waste” materials.

In fiber products, we are trading mainly in work apparel for Honda Group companies. Through joint development with domestic and overseas production plants, we provide competitive products well matched to customer needs and continue to expand our sales channels. Petroleum products pose a special challenge, as their price is influenced dramatically by the balance of supply and demand. In this field, we promote procurement from suppliers who share our vision of stable and continuous supply, and provide various products to companies both inside and outside of the Honda Group.
