Our exhibit at the Japan International Seafood & Technology held at “Tokyo Big Sight” exhibition venue, where we captured the attention of major purchasing agents with our unique technologies.

We also handle marine products preserved through Natural Alkali Processing, a patented technology for maintaining freshness, owned by our subsidiary, Japan Techno Corporation.

In close cooperation with Japan Techno, we are developing applications for various marine products, backed by our extensive experience?from initial processing to the finished product?in dried young sardines.

We aim to contribute to society worldwide with this technology, which enables us to offer consumers safe and healthy foods while making the most effective use of natural resources.

Natural Alkali Processing technology, which uses alkaline compounds derived from seashells and other sources of oceanic calcium, is several times more effective than conventional methods at maintaining the freshness of fish and mollusks.
